Effect of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure and its influences on ventricular remodeling and oxidative stress indexes
Objective To investigate the effect of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure and its influences on ventricular remodeling and oxidative stress indexes.Methods A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment+sacubitril valsartan,and the observation group was given Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the isovolumetric contraction time(ICT),isovolumic relaxation time(IRT)in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the ejection time(ET)was longer than that in the control group,and the myocardial performance index(MPI)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and lipid peroxide(LPO)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure has satisfactory effect,it can effectively reverse ventricular remodeling and promote the recovery of oxidation and antioxidant balance,which is worth promoting.
