Effects of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure under colposcopy on quality of sexual life and postoperative complications in patients with precancerous lesions of uterine cervix
Objective To study the effects of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure under colposcopy on quality of sexual life and postoperative complications in patients with precancerous lesions of uterine cervix.Methods Sixty patients with precancerous lesions of uterine cervix admitted in our hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical schemes,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cold knife conization,and the observation group was treated with loop electrosurgical excisional procedure under colposcopy.The clinical efficacy,clinical related indexes,inflammatory indexes,sex hormone indexes,quality of sexual life and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,incision healing time,hospitalization time and vaginal drainage time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 d after operation,the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-4(IL-4)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 d after operation,the level of estradiol(E2)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI)score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The loop electrosurgical excisional procedure under colposcopy in the treatment of patients with precancerous lesions of uterine cervix has a significant effect,which can improve the quality of sexual life and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
