Expression and clinical significance of whole blood LncRNA miR155HG and miR-487b in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of whole blood LncRNA miR155HG and miR-487b in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 94 patients with AMI admitted in the cardiovascular internal medicine department of Chang'an Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as experimental group, and 90 people with normal coronary angiography were selected as control group. The expression of cardiac troponin I(cTnI)was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The expression levels of LncRNA miR155HG and miR-487b in whole blood were detected by quantitative real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The diagnostic efficacy of LncRNA miR155HG,miR-487b and their combination for AMI was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. Results The levels of creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)and cTnI in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The whole blood LncRNA miR155HG in the experimental group began to increase at 0-6 h after onset, began to decrease after reaching the peak at 12 h,and decreased to the normal level at 7 d.miR-487b began to decrease at 0-6 h after onset, reached the lowest value at 12 h,then began to rise, and reached the normal level at 7 d.The change trend of cTnI was consistent with that of LncRNA miR155HG,but its peak time was late.ROC curve analysis of the data of patients in the experimental group at 12 h after onset showed that the area under curve(AUC)of LncRNA miR155HG in the diagnosis of AMI was 0.843,the AUC of miR-487b in the diagnosis of AMI was 0.908,and the AUC of the combined diagnosis of AMI was 0.964,the sensitivity was 91.5%,and the specificity was 95.7%.Conclusion Whole blood LncRNA miR155HG and miR-487b may be molecular markers for the diagnosis of AMI.
