叶酸代谢相关酶基因与妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压及妊娠结局的相关性分析

目的 探讨叶酸代谢相关酶基因与妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压及妊娠结局的关系。方法 选取 2020 年3 月至 2023 年 3 月在医院进行叶酸代谢相关酶基因检测的 100 例孕妇作为研究对象,根据诊断结果将其分为妊娠期糖尿病组(25例)、妊娠期高血压组(27例)、正常组(48 例)。比较妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压、正常孕妇MTHFR基因677C>T位点及MTRR基因66A>G位点多态性;比较妊娠良好与妊娠不良孕妇MTHFR基因677C>T位点及MTRR基因66A>G位点多态性。结果 妊娠期糖尿病组、妊娠期高血压组的叶酸水平低于正常组(P<0。05)。妊娠期糖尿病组、妊娠期高血压组的MTHFR基因 677C>T位点CC、CT、TT基因型占比及C、T等位基因频率与正常组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。妊娠期糖尿病组及妊娠期高血压组的MTRR基因 66A>G位点AA、AG、GG基因型占比及A、G等位基因频率与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。妊娠良好组的MTHFR基因 677C>T位点CC、CT、TT基因型占比及C、T等位基因频率与妊娠不良组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。妊娠不良组的MTRR基因 66A>G位点AA、AG、GG基因型占比及A、G等位基因频率与妊娠良好组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 MTHFR基因 677C>T多态性与妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压发生有关,MTRR基因66A>G多态性与不良妊娠结局有关。
Analysis of the relationship between folic acid metabolism-related enzyme genes and gestational diabetes mellitus,gestational hypertension and pregnancy outcome
Objective To explore the relationship between folic acid metabolism-related enzyme genes and gestational diabetes mellitus,gestational hypertension and pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women who underwent folic acid metabolism-related enzyme genes detection in hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the diagnosis results,the pregnant women were divided into gestational diabetes mellitus group(25 cases),gestational hypertension group(27 cases)and normal group(48 cases).The polymorphisms of MTHFR gene 677C>T and MTRR gene 66A>G in gestational diabetes mellitus,gestational hypertension and normal pregnant women were compared.The polymorphisms of MTHFR gene 677C>T and MTRR gene 66A>G in good pregnancy and poor pregnancy pregnant women were compared.Results The level of folic acid in the gestational diabetes mellitus group and the gestational hypertension group was lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05).The proportion of CC,CT,TT genotypes and the frequency of C,T alleles of MTHFR gene 677C>T locus in the gestational diabetes mellitus group and the gestational hypertension group had significantly differences with those in the normal group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the proportion of AA,AG and GG genotypes and the frequency of A and G alleles of MTRR gene 66A>G locus among the gestational diabetes mellitus group and the gestational hypertension group and the normal group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the proportion of CC,CT and TT genotypes and the frequency of C and T alleles of MTHFR gene 677C>T locus between the good pregnancy group and the poor pregnancy group(P>0.05).The proportion of AA,AG and GG genotypes and the frequency of A and G alleles of MTRR gene 66A>G locus in the poor pregnancy group had significantly differences with those in the good pregnancy group(P<0.05).Conclusion MTHFR gene 677C>T polymorphism is associated with gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension,and MTRR gene 66A>G polymorphism is associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes.
