多层螺旋CT与胃镜在进展期胃癌诊断中的应用价值

摘要
目的 探究多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与胃镜在进展期胃癌诊断中的应用价值.方法 选取 2022 年 10 月至2024年 1月我院接收的 75 例进展期胃癌患者为研究对象,患者均接受MSCT、胃镜检查,并以病理诊断结果为金标准,分析MSCT与胃镜对进展期胃癌的诊断效能.结果 MSCT对进展期胃癌的检出准确率为92.00%,高于胃镜的 80.00%(P＜0.05).MSCT对胃癌T分期的检出准确率为 86.67%,高于胃镜的 72.00%(P＜0.05).MSCT对肿瘤分化程度的检出准确率为 90.67%,高于胃镜的 73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 MSCT对进展期胃癌的诊断效能高于胃镜,对胃癌T分期、肿瘤分化程度的检出准确率较高,值得临床应用及推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and gastroscopy in the diagnosis of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 75 patients with advanced gastric cancer received in our hospital from October 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent MSCT and gastroscopy,and the pathological diagnosis results was used as the gold standard to analysis the diagnostic efficacy of MSCT and gastroscopy for advanced gastric cancer.Results The detection accuracy of MSCT for advanced gastric cancer was 92.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of gastroscopy(P<0.05).The detection accuracy of MSCT for T staging of gastric cancer was 86.67%,which was higher than 72.00%of gastroscopy(P<0.05).The accuracy of MSCT in detecting the degree of tumor differentiation was 90.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of gastroscopy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MSCT has higher diagnostic efficacy for advanced gastric cancer than gastroscopy,and has a higher detection accuracy for T staging and tumor differentiation degree of gastric cancer,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
