Relationship between serum total bile acid, cystatin C,D-dimer and new-onset gestational hypertension and neonatal adverse outcomes
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum total bile acid(TBA),cystatin C(Cys C),D-dimer(D-D)and new-onset gestational hypertension and neonatal adverse outcomes. Methods A total of 284 pregnant women who underwent regular prenatal examination and delivered in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to whether gestational hypertension occurred during pregnancy, the pregnant women were divided into control group and observation group.Serum TBA,Cys C,D-D levels, systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were measured at 20 weeks of pregnancy, neonatal outcomes were recorded, and the relationship between TBA,Cys C,D-D and new-onset gestational hypertension and neonatal adverse outcomes was analyzed. Results Among the 284 pregnant women, there were 37 cases of gestational hypertension, with an incidence of 13.03%.The TBA,Cys C,D-D levels,SBP and DBP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the levels of TBA,Cys C and D-D in pregnant women at 20 weeks of pregnancy were positively correlated with SBP and DBP(P<0.05).The incidences of premature delivery, fetal distress and fetal asphyxia in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the fetal weight was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis results showed that the levels of TBA,Cys C and D-D in pregnant women at 20 weeks of pregnancy were positively correlated with premature delivery, fetal distress and fetal asphyxia, and negatively correlated with fetal weight(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum TBA,Cys C and D-D levels in pregnant women are closely related to new-onset gestational hypertension and neonatal adverse outcomes, which are expected to be early warning indicators of them.
