Effect of programmed pain care management model in patients after hip replacement and its influence on ADL score
Objective To explore the effect of programmed pain care management model in patients after hip replacement and its influence on Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score. Methods A total of 110 patients after hip replacement admitted in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given routine nursing+programmed pain care management model. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the ADL and Harris scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The programmed pain care management model can significantly improve the pain relief effect, reduce negative emotions, improve sleep quality and joint function, and elevate prognosis of patients after hip replacement.
