Effects of psychological education course based on resourcefulness theory combined with individualized diet nursing on self-perceived burden and disease control in patients with hepatitis B
Objective To explore the effects of psychological education course based on resourcefulness theory combined with individualized diet nursing on self-perceived burden and disease control of hepatitis B patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with hepatitis B who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects, and the patients were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases). The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group added psychological education courses based on resourcefulness theory combined with individualized diet nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg),hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV-DNA),hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)and normal rate of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of ALT,aspartate transaminase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and total bile acids(TBA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological education courses based on resourcefulness theory combined with individualized diet nursing can not only effectively reduce the disease self-perceived burden of patients with hepatitis B,improve the effect of disease control, but also promote the recovery of liver function, which is worthy of promotion.
