Effects of thermal insulation nursing in operating room based on quantitative evaluation on coagulation function and incidence of hypothermia in patients with cerebral aneurysm undergoing vascular embolization
Objective To analyze the effects of thermal insulation nursing in operating room based on quantitative evaluation on coagulation function and incidence of hypothermia in patients with cerebral aneurysm undergoing vascular embolization.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral aneurysm undergoing vascular embolization admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into routine group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine operating room thermal insulation nursing,and the observation group was given operating room thermal insulation nursing based on quantitative evaluation.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before operation(T0),there were no significant differences in body temperature,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05);at intraoperative 10 min(T1),intraoperative 30 min(T2)and postoperative 5 min(T3),the body temperature,SBP,DBP and heart rate of the observation group were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 d after operation,the levels of norepinephrine(NE)and cortisol(Cor)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were longer than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.50%,which was significantly lower than 22.50%in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The thermal insulation nursing in operating room based on quantitative evaluation can effectively stabilize the intraoperative vital signs of patients with cerebral aneurysm undergoing vascular embolization,reduce the impact of surgery on patients'stress response and coagulation function,and decrease the incidence of adverse events.
