持续性姿势-知觉性头晕的中医治疗研究进展

摘要
随着社会的发展,生活节奏的加快,许多人经常出现头晕、目眩等症状,且数量呈逐渐增加趋势.其中持续性姿势-知觉性头晕是一种以持续性头晕、不稳感、非旋转性眩晕为主要症状的慢性功能性前庭疾病,在复杂或移动的情况下症状会加剧,常导致患者反复就诊,对患者的生活和工作造成严重影响.本文通过查阅近年来临床治疗持续性姿势-知觉性头晕的相关文献,发现西医对该病治疗效果不佳、可持续性差,而中医治疗该病副作用小,疗效显著.因此本文介绍了中药治疗、针刺治疗、康复训练等方面的最新进展,并针对目前临床治疗持续性姿势-知觉性头晕的研究提出更多参考意见.
Abstract
With the development of society and the acceleration of the pace of life,many people often have symptoms such as dizziness and giddiness,and the number is gradually increasing.Persistent postural-perceptual dizziness is a chronic functional vestibular disease with persistent dizziness,instability and non-rotational vertigo as the main symptoms.In the case of complex or mobile,the symptoms will be aggravated,which often leads to repeated visits of patients and has a serious impact on the life and work of patients.In this paper,by consulting the relevant literature on the clinical treatment of persistent postural-perceptual dizziness in recent years,it is found that western medicine has poor treatment effect and poor sustainability in the treatment of this disease,while traditional Chinese medicine has small side effects and significant curative effect in the treatment of this disease.Therefore,this paper introduces the latest progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,acupuncture treatment,rehabilitation training and so on,and puts forward more reference opinions for the current clinical treatment of persistent postural-perceptual dizziness.
