Clinical effect of high-dose omeprazole combined with octreotide in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high-dose omeprazole combined with octreotide in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 150 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group(75 cases, conventional dose omeprazole combined with octreotide)and study group(75 cases, high dose omeprazole combined with octreotide)according to the order of admission. The therapeutic effect, coagulation function, immune function and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the fibrinogen level in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the D-dimer and angiotensin converting enzyme levels were lower than those in the control group, and the prothrombin time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the gastric acid pH value was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-dose omeprazole combined with octreotide in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding is helpful to improve the overall hemostatic effect, improve the immune level of the body, and promote the rehabilitation of patients, which has high application value.
