Effect of aminophylline injection combined with nikethamide and naloxone injection in the treatment of acute respiratory failure and its influences on blood gas indexes
Objective To explore the effect of aminophylline injection combined with nikethamide and naloxone injection in the treatment of acute respiratory failure(ARF)and its influences on blood gas indexes. Methods A total of 100 patients with ARF admitted from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into double group and triple group, with 50 cases in each group. The double group was treated with nikethamide combined with naloxone injection, and the triple group was treated with aminophylline injection on the basis of the double group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the triple group was higher than that in the double group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in tidal volume per kilogram of body weight(VT/kg),respiratory rate(RR),peak expiratory flow(PEF),ratio of the time to reach peak tidal expiratiry flow to total expiratory time(TPTEF/TE),maximal vital capacity(VCmax)and maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the VT/kg,PEF,TPTEF/TE,VCmax and MVV of the triple group were higher than those of the double group, the RR was lower than that of the double group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood(PaO2),partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood(PaCO2)and oxygen saturation of blood(SaO2)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the PaO2 and SaO2 in the triple group were higher than those in the double group, the PaCO2 was lower than that in the double group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aminophylline injection combined with nikethamide and naloxone injection in the treatment of ARF patients has a significant effect,it can quickly restore the respiratory function and blood gas indexes of patients, and will not produce serious adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
