Effect of laparoscopic assisted colorectal eversion pull-out operation in the treatment of colorectal cancer and its influences on stress response and complications
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic assisted colorectal eversion pull-out operation in the treatment of colorectal cancer and its influences on stress response and complications. Methods A total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer admitted from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional open operation, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic assisted colorectal eversion pull-out operation. The operation related indexes, recurrence, stress response indexes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The intestinal recovery time, operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than 27.50%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation, the levels of norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor)and epinephrine(E)in the two groups were higher than those before operation, but those in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 22.50%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted colorectal eversion pull-out operation is effective in the treatment of colorectal cancer, which can effectively reduce stress response, decrease postoperative complications, and promote faster recovery of patients after operation.
