Objective To explore the effect of nifuratel combined with fluconazole in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis complicated with aerobic vaginitis.Methods A total of 46 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis complicated with aerobic vaginitis admitted in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into conventional group and observation group,with 23 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with fluconazole,and the observation group was treated with nifuratel on the basis of the conventional group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Nugent,Donders scores and vaginal pH value between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the Nugent,Donders scores and vaginal pH value in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-a,CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05);the recurrence rate within 1 year in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nifuratel combined with fluconazole in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis complicated with aerobic vaginitis can quickly improve the symptoms of patients,regulate vaginal pH value,reduce local inflammation,and do not increase adverse reactions.The curative effect is ideal.
