Application effect of bronchoalveolar lavage combined with ceftriaxone in children with lobar pneumonia
Objective To explore the application effect of bronchoalveolar lavage combined with ceftriaxone in children with lobar pneumonia. Methods A total of 90 children with lobar pneumonia admitted from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods, the children were divided into control group(45 cases, symptomatic treatment+ceftriaxone)and observation group(45 cases, bronchoalveolar lavage was added on the basis of the control group). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEVi)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time, cough relief time, lung rale disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bronchoalveolar alveolar lavage combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children has a significant clinical effect,it can improve lung function, blood gas indexes and inflammation indexes, and promote the recovery of children.
