Diagnostic efficacy of combined detection of serum CA199,CA125,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in lung cancer
Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection of serum carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1(CYFRA21-1)in lung cancer.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were included in the lung cancer group by retrospective analysis,and 60 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were included in the normal control group.The diagnostic efficacy of serum CA199,CA125,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 alone and combined detection for lung cancer was analyzed.Results The levels of serum CA199,CA125,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in the lung cancer group before operation were significantly higher than those in the normal control group on the day of physical examination(P<0.05);at 1 d,7 d,1 month and 3 months after operation,the levels of serum CA199,CA125,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in the lung cancer group were lower than those before operation(P<0.05).The levels of serum CA199,CA125 and CA153 before operation in patients with adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in patients with squamous cell carcinoma,and the level of CYFRA21-1 was significantly lower than that in patients with squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).The levels of serum CA199,CA125,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 before operation in patients with stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ were significantly lower than those in patients with stage Ⅲ(P<0.05).Among the 120 patients with lung cancer,25 cases had recurrence/metastasis and 95 cases didn't have recurrence/metastasis;the levels of serum CA199,CA125,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 before operation in patients without recurrence/metastasis were significantly lower than those in patients with recurrence/metastasis(P<0.05).The results of receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that the area under curve(AUC)of combined detection of serum CA199,CA125,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in the diagnosis of lung cancer was the highest.Conclusion The combined detection of serum CA199,CA125,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 has a high efficiency in the screening and diagnosis of lung cancer,which can provide a basis for clinical evaluation of the prognosis of patients.
