Application effect of children's interesting graphic animation education and nursing in root canal therapy of deciduous teeth
Objective To explore the application effect of children's interesting graphic animation education and nursing in root canal therapy of deciduous teeth.Methods A total of 120 children with dental caries who underwent root canal therapy in the stomatology department of Shanghai Children's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and experimental group by random sampling method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given children's interesting graphic animation education and nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The root canal treatment time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of parents in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario Pain Scale(CHEOPS)score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Kolcaba General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The children's interesting graphic animation education and nursing in the root canal treatment of deciduous teeth has a significant application effect,it can shorten the treatment operation time,reduce the degree of pain,improve the comfort and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
