Application effect of comprehensive nursing in bevacizumab combined with vinorelbine in the treatment of cervical cancer patients and its influence on immune function
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in bevacizumab combined with vinorelbine in the treatment of cervical cancer patients and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 120 patients with cervical cancer admitted in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing on this basis.The intervention effect,immune function,psychological pain situation and physical and mental state of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was 71.67％,which was higher than 53.33％in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the psychological pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of core symptoms,the impact on life and the total score of Anderson Symptom Assessment Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing applied in bevacizumab combined with vinorelbine in the treatment of cervical cancer patients can achieve significant results.It can not only improve the intervention effect,relieve the damage of chemotherapy to the immune function of the body,but also reduce the degree of psychological pain and promote the recovery of physical and mental state.
