Effects of hospital-community-family three-dimensional rehabilitation model on motor function and balance ability of children with cerebral palsy
Objective To explore the effects of hospital-community-family three-dimensional rehabilitation model on motor function and balance ability of children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 90 children with cerebral palsy admitted in our department from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. The children were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(hospital-community-family three-dimensional rehabilitation model)by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of Gross Motor Function Measure-88(GMFM-88)and Fine Motor Function Measure Scale(FMFM)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score was higher than that of the control group, and the 1 min walking distance was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of physiological function, emotional function, social function and life performance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital-community-family three-dimensional rehabilitation model can promote the improvement of motor function, lower limb muscle tension, balance ability and gait of children with cerebral palsy, improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction of family members, which is worthy of promotion.
