Effect of continuous nursing intervention based on importance and performance analysis combined with nutritional support on post-operative recovery of patients with cardia achalasia after POEM
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing intervention based on importance and performance analysis combined with nutritional support on postoperative recovery of patients with cardia achalasia after peroral endoscopic myotomy(POEM).Methods A total of 80 patients with cardia achalasia after POEM from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases). The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention based on importance and performance analysis combined with nutritional support on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of disease knowledge, medication, diet and exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and serum ferritin(SF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing intervention based on importance and performance analysis combined with nutritional support can not only improve nutrition status of patients with cardia achalasia after POEM,but also improve health management ability and quality of life.
