摘要

目的分析基于重要性及其表现分析法的延续护理干预结合营养支持对贲门失弛缓症经口内镜下肌切开术(POEM)术后患者恢复情况的影响.方法择取2021年1月至2022年12月收治的80例贲门失弛缓症POEM术后患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例).对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加基于重要性及其表现分析法的延续护理干预结合营养支持.比较两组的干预效果.结果干预后,观察组的疾病知识、用药、饮食及运动评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)及血清铁蛋白(SF)水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论基于重要性及其表现分析法的延续护理干预结合营养支持不仅能够改善贲门失弛缓症POEM术后患者的营养状态,还能提高其健康管理能力与生活质量.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing intervention based on importance and performance analysis combined with nutritional support on postoperative recovery of patients with cardia achalasia after peroral endoscopic myotomy(POEM).Methods A total of 80 patients with cardia achalasia after POEM from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention based on importance and performance analysis combined with nutritional support on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of disease knowledge,medication,diet and exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the levels of albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and serum ferritin(SF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing intervention based on importance and performance analysis combined with nutritional support can not only improve nutrition status of patients with cardia achalasia after POEM,but also improve health management ability and quality of life.
