Influences of psychological nursing based on stress system theory combined with patient participatory decision-making on disease self-management ability and complications of postoperative patients with ureteral tumors
Objective To explore the influences of psychological nursing based on stress system theory combined with patient participatory decision-making on disease self-management ability and complications of postoperative patients with ureteral tumors.Methods A total of 78 patients with ureteral tumors who were admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing based on stress system theory combined with patient participatory decision-making.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological,physiological and social relations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on stress system theory combined with patient participatory decision-making can improve the psychological state of postoperative patients with ureteral tumors,elevate disease self-management ability and quality of life,and reduce complications,which is worthy of promotion.
