摘要

下肢康复机器人辅助步态训练(RAGT)是一种新型、高效的康复训练,已被广泛应用于多种神经疾病的步态训练研究中.而近红外脑功能成像技术(fNIRS)是一种新型的无创性脑功能成像技术,能够在RAGT过程中对患者进行实时的脑区激活情况分析,具有评定RAGT过程中的大脑激活模式、评估RAGT康复治疗效果、指导RAGT治疗方案选择等重要作用.本文根据已有研究列举了 fNIRS在RAGT研究中的作用,为探讨RAGT改善脑卒中运动障碍的神经基础提供依据.

Abstract

Lower limb rehabilitation robot-assisted gait training(RAGT)is a new and efficient rehabilitation training,which has been widely used in gait training research of various neurological diseases.Functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)is a new type of non-invasive brain functional imaging technology,which can analyze the activation of patients'brain regions in real time during RAGT.It plays an important role in evaluating the brain activation mode during RAGT,evaluating the effect of RAGT rehabilitation treatment,and guiding the selection of RAGT treatment options.Based on the existing studies,this paper lists the role of fNIRS in RAGT research,and provides a basis for exploring the neural basis of RAGT in improving stroke movement disorders.
