Application progress of functional near-infrared spectroscopy in robot-assisted gait training of lower extremity exoskeleton rehabilitation in stroke patients
Lower limb rehabilitation robot-assisted gait training(RAGT)is a new and efficient rehabilitation training, which has been widely used in gait training research of various neurological diseases.Functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)is a new type of non-invasive brain functional imaging technology, which can analyze the activation of patients'brain regions in real time during RAGT.It plays an important role in evaluating the brain activation mode during RAGT,evaluating the effect of RAGT rehabilitation treatment, and guiding the selection of RAGT treatment options.Based on the existing studies, this paper lists the role of fNIRS in RAGT research, and provides a basis for exploring the neural basis of RAGT in improving stroke movement disorders.
