Research progress on biomarkers of endothelial dysfunction in cerebral small vessel disease
With the aging of the world's population, the incidence of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)has gradually increased, posing a great threat to people's lives and health. The disease is hidden, has different clinical symptoms, and is easily ignored. At the same time, there is a lack of effective treatment.Relevant studies have proven that endothelial dysfunction is involved in the occurrence and development of CSVD.This article aims to review the pathogenesis of CSVD-biomarkers of endothelial dysfunction, further explore the risk factors of CSVD and its mechanism of action, and provide reference and new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
