Peripheral lymph node metastasis often occurs in head and neck malignant tumors,one of the main complications after dissection is lymphatic fistula,which may have an important impact on the nutrition,metabolism and even life of patients.This article reviews the current clinical treatment of lymphatic fistula after cervical lymph node dissection,in order to improve clinical understanding.
