目的 回顾性分析2022-2023年度东莞地区的采供血情况，预测采供血趋势，为促进医院合理、科学用血提供资料。方法 统计分析2018-2022年同期12月采血情况、2022-2023年度不同组织方式献血情况、1～6月同期临床供血情况、各种血液制品供应数量及动态变化情况、医院订血订单汇总及完成情况。结果 2022年12月采血人数与采血量比2018-2021年同期明显下降;2023年全血采血人数及采血量同比2022年增长了 1。58％和0。27％。2023年机采血小板人数与采血量同比2022年增长了 13。72％和16。32％;2023年1、5、6月同比2022年临床供血量有所下降，2023年2、3、4月同比2022年临床供血量有所增长。2023年发血量/订血量较2022年下降了 18。19％。结论 2023年供血量的增长大于采血量的增长，各医疗机构临床用血量呈持续增长的趋势，血液供应处于供需矛盾比较突出的时期。建议进一步优化现有无偿献血人群结构，建立多元化、多层次的团体献血队伍，增加固定献血人群数量的同时加强临床合理用血，缓解用血压力。
Analysis of blood collection and supply status and coping strategies in Dongguan area from 2022 to 2023
Objective To retrospectively analyze the blood collection and supply situation in Dongguan area from 2022 to 2023,predict the trend of blood collection and supply,and provide data for promoting the rational and scientific use of blood in hospitals.Methods The blood collection in December of the same period from 2018 to 2022,blood donation situation of different organizations in 2022 to 2023,the clinical blood supply situation in the same period from January to June,the supply quantity and dynamic changes of various blood products,and the summary and completion of hospital blood order orders were statiscally analyzed.Results The number and volume of blood collection in December 2022 were significantly lower than those in the same period of 2018 to 2021;in 2023,the number of blood collection and the amount of blood collection increased by 1.58％and 0.27％compared with 2022.In 2023,the number of apheresis platelets and the amount of blood collected increased by 13.72％and 16.32％compared with 2022;the clinical blood supply in January,May and June 2023 decreased compared with that in 2022,and the clinical blood supply in February,March and April 2023 increased compared with that in 2022.The issued blood volume/order blood volume in 2023 decreased by 18.19％compared with that in 2022.Conclusion In 2023,the growth of blood supply is greater than the growth of blood collection.The clinical blood consumption of medical institutions shows a trend of continuous growth,and the blood supply is in a period of prominent contradiction between supply and demand.It is suggested to further optimize the structure of the existing voluntary blood donation population,establish a diversified and multi-level group blood donation team,increase the number of fixed blood donation population,strengthen the clinical rational use of blood,and relieve the pressure of blood use.
