Effect of aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with skin ablation in the treatment of skin malignant tumors and its influences on skin lesions and recurrence rate
Objective To investigate the effect of aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with skin ablation in the treatment of skin malignant tumors and its influences on skin lesions and recurrence rate. Methods A total of 80 patients with skin malignant tumors admitted from March 2018 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with skin ablation, and the observation group was treated with aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of skin lesion area and skin lesion color in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the CD4+/CD8+in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with skin ablation in the treatment of patients with skin malignant tumors can improve the therapeutic effect, enhance the skin lesions, immune and inflammatory reactions, and reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate.
