Efficacy and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute pancreatitis caused by gallstones
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute pancreatitis caused by gallstones. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute pancreatitis caused by gallstones admitted from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly divided into routine group(45 cases, small incision cholecystectomy)and observation group(45 cases, laparoscopic cholecystectomy). The surgical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, bed rest time, bowel sound recovery time, drainage tube indwelling time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the routine group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).At 2 h,3 d and 7 d after operation, the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After operation, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-17(IL-17),epinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor)and C-peptide(CP)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After operation, the levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),indirect bilirubin(IBIL)and direct bilirubin(DBIL)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with acute pancreatitis caused by gallstones can effectively shorten the postoperative rehabilitation cycle, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
