Effect of hysteroscopic cold knife system in the treatment of patients with residual uterine cavity after abortion
Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscopic cold knife system in the treatment of patients with residual uterine cavity after abortion,in order to provide some data support for the selection of clinical surgical methods. Methods A total of 82 patients with residual uterine cavity after abortion admitted in the gynecology department of Baoji Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hysteroscopic electric knife uterine cavity residual surgery, and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic cold knife uterine cavity residual removal surgery. The operation time, operation blood loss, postoperative recovery indexes, menstrual volume change and postoperative adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in operation time and operation blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative vaginal bleeding time and menstrual recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the endometrial thickness on the 14 th day after menstruation was larger than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of menstrual volume reduction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic cold knife system in the treatment of patients with residual uterine cavity after abortion is helpful to better detect uterine lesions, promote endometrial recovery, and reduce the risk of postoperative adverse events. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
