Effect of anterior angle adhesion separation combined with laser peripheral iridotomy and cataract ultrasonic emulsification in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract
Objective To investigate the effect of anterior angle adhesion separation combined with laser peripheral iridotomy and cataract ultrasonic emulsification in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods A total of 96 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract admitted from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laser peripheral iridotomy and cataract ultrasonic emulsification, and the observation group was treated with anterior angle adhesion separation on the basis of the control group. The surgical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation, there were no significant differences in the scores of watching TV,reading and writing, night vision and fine operation between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation, the scores of watching TV,reading and writing, night vision and fine operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation, there were no significant differences in the overall blood flow density of the optic disc and the overall blood flow density around the disc between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation, the overall blood flow density of the optic disc and the overall blood flow density around the disc in the observation group were larger than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anterior angle adhesion separation combined with laser peripheral iridotomy and cataract ultrasonic emulsification in the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract has a satisfactory effect. It can improve the visual quality and increase the overall blood flow density around the optic disc and disc, which is worth promoting.
