MCP-1、SFRP-4、SAA在糖尿病肾病中的表达及其与糖脂代谢的相关性分析

目的 分析单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、分泌型卷曲相关蛋白-4(SFRP-4)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)在糖尿病肾病中的表达及其与糖脂代谢的相关性分析。方法 选择2021年1月至2023年1月我院收治的80例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究组,80例糖尿病患者作为对照组。检测两组的MCP-1、SFRP-4、SAA及糖脂代谢水平,分析两者的相关性。结果 研究组的MCP-1、SFRP-4、SAA水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组的空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组Ⅰ期患者的MCP-1、SFRP-4、SAA、FPG、TC、TG水平最低,Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期患者依次升高,Ⅳ期患者最高。研究组不同分期患者的MCP-1、SFRP-4、SAA水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组不同分期患者的FPG、TC、TG水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,MCP-1、SFRP-4、SAA与FPG、TC、TG呈正相关(P<0。05)。结论 MCP-1、SFRP-4、SAA在糖尿病肾病患者血清中呈异常表达,且与患者糖脂代谢呈正相关。
Expression of MCP-1,SFRP-4 and SAA in diabetic kidney disease and their correlation with glucose and lipid metabolism
Objective To analyze the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),recombinant secreted frizzled related protein-4(SFRP-4)and serum amyloid A(SAA)in diabetic kidney disease and their correlation with glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic kidney disease admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study group,and 80 patients with diabetes were selected as the control group.The levels of MCP-1,SFRP-4,SAA and glucose and lipid metabolism in the two groups were detected,and the correlation between them was analyzed.Results The levels of MCP-1,SFRP-4 and SAA in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MCP-1,SFRP-4,SAA,FPG,TC and TG in patients with stage Ⅰ in the study group were the lowest,those in stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲincreased in turn,and those in stage Ⅳ were the highest.There were significant differences in the levels of MCP-1,SFRP-4 and SAA among patients with different stages in the study group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in FPG,TC and TG levels among patients with different stages in the study group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that MCP-1,SFRP-4 and SAA were positively correlated with FPG,TC and TG(P<0.05).Conclusion MCP-1,SFRP-4 and SAA are abnormally expression in the serum of patients with diabetic kidney disease,and their expressions are positively correlated with the glucose and lipid metabolism in patients.
