Effects of dual-track interactive nursing intervention combined with structural psychological nursing on treatment confidence and disease self-perception pressure in elderly patients with hypertension
Objective To explore the effects of dual-track interactive nursing intervention combined with structural psychological nursing on treatment confidence and disease self-perception pressure in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with hypertension admitted from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given dual-track interactive nursing intervention combined with structural psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of the Champion Health Belief Model Scale(CHBMS)and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of the Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the 24 h mean systolic blood pressure(mSBP)and 24 h mean diastolic blood pressure(mDBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual-track interactive nursing intervention combined with structural psychological nursing can reduce the self-perception pressure of disease in elderly patients with hypertension, improve treatment confidence and treatment compliance, and elevate the effect of blood pressure control, which is worthy of promotion.
