Application effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation training nursing in patients with craniocerebral trauma
Objective To explore the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation training nursing in patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods A total of 68 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rehabilitation training nursing, and the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and swallowing function between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the MoCA and MMSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the swallowing function score was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the ADL score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation training nursing can significantly improve the cognitive function, intellectual level, swallowing function, neurological function and daily living ability of patients with craniocerebral trauma, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
