Application effect of family nursing based on King interactive standard theory in the perioperative period of patients with prostatic hyperplasia
Objective To explore the application effect of family nursing based on King interactive standard theory in the perioperative period of patients with prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 78 patients with prostatic hyperplasia admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period, and the observation group received family nursing based on King interactive standard theory on the basis of routine nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The catheter indwelling time, bladder irrigation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing attitude, communication quality, nursing measures, nursing effect, nursing comfort scores and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The family nursing based on King interactive standard theory applied in the perioperative period of patients with prostatic hyperplasia can improve the psychological state, sleep quality, reduce postoperative complications and elevate nursing satisfaction.
