摘要

临床教师教学能力会对医学人才培养质量造成直接影响,而应用型医学院校又承担着培养服务区域卫生事业发展人才的重任.因此,将临床教师教学能力培养作为重要工程,基于更新理念、完善保障机制、找准问题的前提,构建医教产研临床教师教学能力培养模式,推动临床教师教学能力和综合素养的提升,提高医学院校人才培养质量,为患者提供更好的医疗服务具有重要意义.

Abstract

The teaching ability of clinical teachers has a direct impact on the quality of medical talent cultivation,and applied medical colleges are responsible for cultivating talents for the development of regional health services.Therefore,taking the cultivation of clinical teacher teaching ability as an important project,based on the premise of updating concepts,improving guarantee mechanisms,and identifying problems,constructing a teaching ability cultivation model for medical education industry research clinical teachers,promoting the improvement of clinical teacher teaching ability and comprehensive literacy,improving the quality of talent cultivation in medical colleges,and providing better medical services for patients is of great significance.
