摘要

目的 探讨多学科协作(MDT)联合典型病例教学在头颈肿瘤外科住培教学查房中的应用价值.方法 选取2021年9月至2023年8月在西安交通大学口腔医院头颈肿瘤外科轮转的52名住培医师作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各26名.对照组采用传统教学查房模式,试验组在对照组基础上开展MDT联合典型病例教学.比较两组的出科考试成绩及教学满意度.结果 试验组的基础知识、病例分析、操作实践、医患沟通评分及总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组的自我评价、对带教老师满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);试验组的对教学方法满意度、对教学效果满意度评分及总分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 MDT联合典型病例教学在头颈肿瘤外科住培教学查房中的应用价值显著,值得推广.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of multi-disciplinary team(MDT)combined with typical case teaching on the teaching rounds of resident standardized training in head and neck tumor surgery department.Methods From September 2021 to August 2023,52 resident physicians who rotated in the head and neck tumor surgery department of Hospital of Stomatology,Xi'an Jiaotong University were selected as the research objects,and the resident physicians were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching rounds mode,and the experimental group carried out MDT combined with typical case teaching on the basis of the control group.The examination results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The basic knowledge,case analysis,operation practice,doctor-patient communication scores and total score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in self-evaluation and satisfaction score for teachers between the two groups(P＞0.05);the scores of satisfaction with teaching methods,satisfaction with teaching effects and total score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The MDT combined with typical case teaching on the teaching rounds of resident standardized training in head and neck tumor surgery department has significant application value and worthy of promotion.
