Related signaling pathways in odontogenic differentiation of dental pulp stem cells
Dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs)have high proliferation,self-renewal ability and multidirectional differentiation potential, and the most significant feature is differentiation into odontoblasts. The joint development of regenerative medicine and stomatology has made it possible to regenerate teeth based on the directed differentiation of DPSCs,and the current research on the signaling pathways involved in this process is mainly based on individual signaling pathways. This article reviews the recent research progress on the main signaling pathways related to the odontogenic differentiation of DPSCs,and provides a theoretical basis for in-depth study of the directional differentiation and tooth regeneration of DPSCs.
