Objective To analyze the levels of vitamin D and vitamin K1 and K2 in children under different age stratifications. Methods The clinical data of 296 children who underwent physical examination in the pediatrics department of the Second People's Hospital of Qinzhou from August 2020 to December 2023 were collected.According to age,the children were divided into 0-1 years old,>1-3 years old,>3-6 years old,>6-12 years old and>12 years old.The levels and distribution of vitamin D,vitamin K1 and K2 in children under different age stratifications were compared;and the correlation between these three vitamins and age was analyzed. Results The levels of vitamin D and K1 decreased with age,the levels of vitamin D and K1 in children aged 0-1 years old were significantly higher than those in other age groups, and the proportion of excess was significantly higher than that in children aged>3-6 years old and>6-12 years old(P<0.05);the proportion of vitamin K2 deficiency in children aged>3-6 years old was more than that in children aged 0-1 years old,>1-3 years old and>6-12 years old(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis results showed that vitamin D and K1 were negatively correlated with age(P<0.001);there was no significant correlation between vitamin K2 and age(P>0.05).Conclusion The overall levels of vitamin D and K1 in children aged 0-15 years in Qinzhou area are good, and there is a risk of excess in lower age children, and school-age children are prone to lack;vitamin K2 deficiency is common.Clinicians should pay attention to the regular detection of vitamins in children and guide reasonable supplementation according to age differences.
