摘要
随着全球人口老龄化,多病共存的现象明显增加,其中冠心病合并2型糖尿病(以下简称"心糖"共病)的老年患者较为多发,既影响患者的身心健康,增加了衰弱失能的风险,导致住院率、病死率升高,又给社会、家庭带来了沉重的照护和经济负担,已成为社会重大的公共卫生问题.在临床实践中,"心糖"共病使诊疗的复杂性增加,迫切需要进行综合管理.
Abstract
With the aging of the global population,the co-existence of chronic diseases has increased signifi-cantly.In particular,elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus(i.e"CHD-DM")is more frequent,which not only affects the physical and mental health of patients,but also increases the risk of frailty and disability,resulting in an increase in hospitalization rate and mortality,but also brings heavy care and economic burden to society and families,and has become a major public health problem in society.In clinical practice,"CHD-DM"increases the complexity of diagnosis and treatment,and urgently needs to be comprehensively managed.
