With the increase of age,the sleep quality of the elderly shows a declining trend,statistics show that 40%to 70%of the elderly have sleep disorders.Among them,insomnia is the most common sleep disorder,which is usu-ally a subjective experience of patients who are not satisfied with sleep time or sleep quality and affect daytime social func-tion.Long-term insomnia can lead to the decline of social function,impairment of cognitive function,increased risk of falls,and increased incidence and mortality of other chronic diseases,which has an important impact on the quality of life of the elderly.Therefore,timely diagnosis and intervention of sleep disorders is of great significance for promoting healthy aging.
