Idiopathic tinnitus is a common neuropsychiatric disease in clinical practice.In recent years,the in-cidence has increased year by year.Professor Lu Fang,a master of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has used the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to diagnose and treat tinnitus.Professor Lu Fang believes that the core pathogenesis of the disease is"the latent wind in ear orifice,the imbalance of the viscera,the triggered latent wind",and the main treatment is to evacuate the latent wind and balance the viscera.Professor Lu Fang used the Self-made prescription of Qufu Zhim-ing as the basic prescription of the disease,and treated it according to the different classification of the imbalance of the viscera,and finally used special drugs according to the symptoms and flexibility.This paper summarizes the clinical ex-perience of professor Lu Fang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,in using self-made prescription to treat tinnitus.
