Traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of systemic lupus erythe-matosus patients,such as syndrome differentiation,stage treatment,classical prescription,proprietary Chinese medicine and self-prepared prescription.And it is effective,the side effects are less.This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and its systemic lesions by literature search,in order to provide reference for the better treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and its systemic lesions by traditional Chinese medicine.
