With the increase of age,the renal function of most people will gradually decline after the age of 40,and their stress tolerance to trauma such as drugs or surgery is also significantly weakened,so it is often necessary to e-valuate renal function in clinical health care.In general, the normal kidney does not play its maximum filtration function, but in the state of stress, the kidney can use its reserve function to maintain the stability of the human environment. The so-called renal function reserve refers to the ability of GFR to increase from the basic value(or resting state value)to the maximum after load, that is,the ratio of the GFR after load to the basal GFR,which usually represents the kidney's ability to withstand various pathological or physiological stresses. In this study,by improving the detection method of re-nal reserve function,it has become one of the convenient methods for clinical use.
