Objective To explore the effect of individualized systematic nutritional support on the inflammatory status and quality of life of elderly patients with MODSE in Bai nationality.Methods Two hundred and sixty six cases of Bai MODSE patients admitted to People's Hospital of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture Dali from June 2018 to May 2023 were prospectively selected as the research object,and all the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.133 cases in the routine group received routine nutrition support intervention,and 133 ca-ses in the systematic nutrition group received individualized systematic nutrition support intervention.The nutritional sta-tus,inflammatory status and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results After the follow-up,29 cases were lost,and finally 237 patients were included,including 12 cases in the systematic nutrition group and 17 cases in the rou-tine group.After 7 days of intervention,TP,ALB and Hb in both groups decreased and NRS2002 score increased,but TP,ALB and Hb in systematic nutrition group were higher than those in routine group,and NRS2002 score was lower than that in routine group(P<0.05).TP,ALB and Hb in both groups increased after 14 days of intervention,and NRS2002 score was higher than that after 7 days of intervention.After the intervention,the levels of CRP,ESR and IL-6 in the two groups decreased compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the levels of CRP,ESR and IL-6 in the systematic nutrition group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After the intervention,MAGE,SDBG,LAGE and MBG in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),but the systematic nutrition group was higher than the routine group(P<0.05).After 7 days and 14 days of intervention,the Bathel scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the systematic nutrition group was higher than the routine group(P<0.05).Con-clusion Individualized systematic nutritional support can improve the nutritional status,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve the quality of life of Bai people with MODSE.
