老年住院患者潜在不适当用药情况分析

摘要
目的 调查分析老年住院患者潜在不适当用药情况,减少用药风险.方法 参照《中国老年人潜在不适当用药判断标准(2017年版)》,对安徽医科大学附属滁州医院8 423例65岁以上老年患者用药情况进行评价,检出潜在的不适当用药处方.结果 5 107例(60.63％)患者均存在潜在的不适当用药,其中与药物种类相关不适当用药7 658项,与疾病状态相关不适当用药860项,主要涉及抗血小板药物、非甾体抗炎药、胰岛素、苯二氮䓬类.老年患者潜在不适当用药的关键影响因素为联合用药数.结论 老年患者普遍存在潜在不适当用药情况,应积极采取药学干预.
Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the occurrence of potential inappropriate drug use of elderly hospitalized inpatients,so as to reduce the risk of drug use.Methods According to the criteria for judging the potential inappropriate use of drugs for the elderly in China(2017),8 423 elderly patients over 65 years old in the First People's Hospital of Chuzhou were evaluated to detect the potential inappropriate use of drugs.Results A total of 5 107 subjects(60.63％)existed potentially inappropriate medication,including 7 658 inappropriate medication related to the type of drug and 860 inappropriate medication related to the disease state,mainly involving anti-platelet drugs,insulin,BZDs and NSAIDs.The key factor on potentially inappropriate medication in elderly inpatients was the combined use of drugs.Conclusions Potential inappropriate drug use is common in elderly patients,and pharmacological interventions should be actively adopted.
