摘要
随着老龄化社会进程的加快,老年人认知障碍的患病率随之增加.认知障碍的危险因素多、病因复杂、危害大,因此对其进行早期的识别、筛查、诊断及干预显得尤为重要.我国老年医学和神经内科学专家为提高对认知障碍的认识,规范筛查和评估老年认知障碍的方法和流程,在2022年发布了《老年人认知障碍评估中国专家共识(2022)》.该文旨在对该共识要点进行解读,以便为及早干预和治疗我国老年人认知障碍提供参考.
Abstract
With the acceleration of the aging society,the prevalence of cognitive impairment increases.It has many risk factors,complex etiology and great harm,therefore,early identification,screening,diagnosis and intervention are particularly important.In order to improve the understanding of cognitive impairment and standardize the methods and procedures for screening and evaluating cognitive impairment in the elderly,Chinese experts in geriatrics and neurol-ogy released the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Assessment of Cognitive Impairment in the Elderly(2022).The purpose of this paper is to interpret the key points of consensus in order to provide references for early intervention and treatment of cognitive impairment in the elderly of China.
