质子治疗作为肿瘤放射治疗的新兴技术之一,相较于传统的光子治疗,以布拉格峰为特征的优越剂量沉积特性,可在有效聚焦杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,尽可能减少对肿瘤周边正常组织的损伤.该文介绍了质子治疗的发展历史、治疗原理、设备类型、照射方式、临床应用进展以及对未来展望等.
Abstract
As one of the emerging technologies of tumor radiation therapy,compared with traditional photon therapy,proton therapy has superior dose deposition characterized by Bragg peak,which can effectively focus and kill tumor cells,while avoiding or reducing the damage to normal tissues around the tumor as much as possible.This article introduces the history,principles,devices,irradiation techniques,clinical applications and future development of proton therapy.
