Frailty refers to the state or syndrome of increased vulnerability and decreased anti-stress ability caused by the decline of physiological reserves in the elderly,which is a common elderly syndrome.The progress of fal-tering is dynamic and the result of interaction between individual and environmental factors.Studies show that faltering process is reversible under the influence of effective measures.This paper mainly analyzes the risk factors affecting fraili-ty,provides reference for fraility prevention,and guides medical staff to strengthen management of fraility in combination with the fraility of the elderly,promote health education,change bad lifestyle,early identification and intervention of risk factors,so as to achieve the purpose of easing or reversing fraility.
