Analysis of Operation Efficiency and Influencing Factors of State Key Leading Enterprises in Agricultural Industrialization
Under the background of rural revitalization,evaluating the operational efficiency of agricultural leading enterprises and then carrying out rational allocation and structural optimization are important prerequisites for achieving high-quality development of agriculture.The article selects 66 enterprises in the list of national key leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization,and u-ses DEA and Tobit models to explore their operational efficiency and related influencing factors in depth.The results show that from the perspective of static efficiency,only 14 enterprises reached the optimal efficiency in 2011,and reduced to 8 by 2021.From the perspective of dynamic efficiency,the total factor productivity of the overall leading agricultural enterprises is in an declining trend,which is mainly attributed to the reduction of comprehensive technical efficiency.In terms of influencing factors,the increase in total return on assets,total asset turnover and equity concentration produces a positive effect,the nature of property rights produces a neg-ative effect,and the effects of operating income growth rate and gearing ratio are not significant.Accordingly,countermeasures are proposed from the macro perspective of government industry and the micro perspective of enterprises.
