Reflecting and Transcending:The Real Challenges and Practical Approaches of Labor Education in Colleges and Universities in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Labor education,as an important content of ideological and political education,is an important link in cultivating the new generation of socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in the era of"five-in-one"education.In the era of artificial intelligence(AI),higher education's labor education is facing unprecedented challenges and transformations.How to leverage AI technology to explore the possibility of integrated development with labor education is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.To address the challenges faced by labor education in terms of time allocation,skill development,and overall advance-ment due to the rise of AI,this paper proposes three practical pathways:balancing time commitments,enhancing capability cultiva-tion,and fostering all-round development.These approaches aim to promote the high-quality development of labor education in uni-versities during the AI era,achieving a transcendence in labor education that meets the demands of the new age.This effort is in-tended to contribute significantly to the realization of Chinese-style modernization through educational advancement.
