宋代官员常在地方修建亭台楼阁,并请文才学士记录营造胜事,由此诞生一批以官员美政为主题的营造文.修葺园池亭台属于宋代官吏考课制度的重要内容,这为营造文中褒扬官员政绩提供了现实基础.文人强调官员营建的观政目的,说明先治政而后兴修,修建过程不劳民伤财,不逾礼制.宋代营造文由前代烘托主政者幽赏独乐之情转向塑造官员"与民同乐"的形象,描绘吏民同游,宣扬士大夫"先忧后乐"的责任意识.官员宵旰忧勤的循吏形象也转向了清静无为,其背后体现着儒家盛德化民的治政理念.宋代文学开创了官员美政书写的新范式,并对后代文学、文化的发展产生了深远的影响.
Abstract
Officials in the Song Dynasty often built pavilions in local places,and invited scholars of literature and talents to record the successes of the construction,which resulted in the birth of a number of Yingzao prose with the prevailing theme of official beauty and politics.Repairing gardens,pools and pavilions was an important part of the official examination system in the Song Dynasty,which provided a realistic basis for the praise of officials'achievements in the text.The literati emphasized the political purpose of the officials'construction,explaining that the government dealt with affairs first and then built,and that the construction process did not hurt the people nor violated the etiquette system.The Yingzao prose of the Song Dynasty changed from the previous generation's admiration of the rulers to enjoy the pleasure of their own,to the image of officials"having fun with the people",depicting the officials and the people playing together,and promoting the sense of responsibility of the scholars and officials of"first worry and then have fun".The image of officials,who are concerned about their diligence in administration,has also turned to quietness and inactivity,which reflected the Confucian political concept of governing people with virtue.The literature of Song Dynasty created new forms for the writing of officials'politics,and had a profound impact on the development of literature and culture of future generations.
